Refund & Cancellation Policy
Returns
Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery only if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original method of payment.
Non-returnable Items
Opened, used, or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded. Items purchased under promotional offers may only be replaced if defective.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them by emailing info@tqwellness.com. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
